CEO Elon Musk has confirmed that 80 percent of Twitter employees have been fired. Currently, there are only 1500 people out of total 8000 employees. From October 2022, the company has been purged. Musk talked about layoffs. He said that dismissal of employees is not fun, it is painful. He said that he paid 44 billion dollars for Twitter and now its value is about 20 billion dollars.
